Where Did We Got Lost?

In the middle of chaos and misery,

We stop caring about who we are.

materialistic possessions become a passion,

hypocrisy turns out to be the reality,

love, compassion, poetry and care,

all categorized to be giving scars.

we forgot to live and thrive,

we chose to just born and survive.

death was not a stop to life,

it is just the absence of life.

Mankind was the only reality,

But now it seems to be a credulity.

Where did we got lost?

All of our lives we establish fears,

No one teaches the meaning of life.

Society, politics, responsibilities and anger,

Were we really born to die of hunger?

Nature, spirituality and connections,

Living dreams became the fight against the power,

The love of nature was created to shower.

We all fight to be responsible,

Manipulations became the key of fights,

Now sitting here my mind wanders,

Aren’t we the spirits of lights?

Aren’t we supposed to fight for us?

Aren’t we supposed to pour blessings instead of disgust?

Aren’t we the mankind’s only host?

Where the hell did we got lost?
